Feedback and Suggestions

One of the best things about working at Vindicia is the exciting clients we have. Some of our clients are fresh startups, with no previous revenue. Others are well established businesses with decades of revenue. In virtually every case, though, you’re growing because you are listening to your customers and focusing on serving them well. We like to think that Vindicia helps you do that.
 
Now it’s our turn to ask you for help. Vindicia, like you, continues to  grow and we’d like to know how we’re doing. Attached is a link to a brief customer satisfaction survey. It touches on the many aspects of our relationship together. We’d appreciate it if you could fill in this survey, so that we can better understand how we can continue to improve and better meet your needs.

 

As an added incentive to complete this survey, we’re giving away an Apple iPad to a randomly selected participant. The survey is open to anyone who is employed full time by a Vindicia client and is a registered user of the Vindicia Community Forums. If you have a colleague who hasn’t received this, simply forward this invitation to them to participate.  
 
The survey will be open until June 1, 2010 at 5PM Pacific Time. The iPad will be awarded by June 7th. Should you have any questions, please get in touch with your TAM.

Many thanks to all the folks who responded to our client survey.  We’re in the process of analyzing the results, and will be applying what you’ve told us to continue to enhance our focus.  We’re particularly grateful that so many folks not only took the time to complete the “multiple choice” ratings questions, but also provided valuable comments in the free-form  parts as well.
 
We are pleased to announce that Paul Rockwell, from IMVU, is the lucky winner of the iPad.  Congratulations, Paul!
