Hello all,

Hopefully I am posting this in the right section.

My question is if Vindicia Cashbox can refund a customer if the transaction date is older than 1 year?  For example, a customer is asking for a refund on something they purchased in 2009?  Is it possible?

Generally speaking, the answer would be yes, as long as you are still using the same payment processor.
